摘要
随着高等职业教育教学改革的深入发展,兼职教师已逐步成为高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,并直接影响着高职人才培养的质量。但高职院校兼职教师队伍管理中存在选拨聘用难、考核评价难及对兼职教师缺乏系统的教学基本理论和方法培训等问题,需要政府和高职院校共同努力加以解决。首先,政府要完善有关兼职教师的法律法规,保障兼职教师的合法权益,并促使企业和高校实行战略合作;其次,高职院校要积极探索适于兼职教师的管理机制,切实加强对兼职教师的聘用、培训、考核与评价等工作。
With the development of teaching reform in higher vocational education, part-time teachers has become an vital part of teaching staff and play a very important role in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of the careful analysis of the problems and its roots in the management of the part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some efficient countermeasures to manage part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
