改革开放以来,广东省产业政策经历了单纯的工业产业结构调整和产业政策调整两个阶段。广东产业政策的实施,将应对挑战与加快经济发展方式转变有机结合起来,成效显著,其实施手段主要包括行政手段、财政手段、金融手段和土地政策手段。在综合运用政策实施手段时,要打破传统的利益格局,消除体制机制上的障碍,切实转变经济发展方式。

Since this century, industry policy in Guangdong has witnessed two stages, from single industry structural adjustment to industry policy. The implementation of industry policy includes several kinds of methods in terms of administration, finance, and land policy. The paper maintains that it is necessary to integrate these methods so that the traditional interests can be broken down and obstacles can be removed.
