疏血通注射液治疗显性糖尿病肾病临床研究

Clinical observation of Shuxuetong injection on treatment of dominance diabetic nephropathy in 32 patients

[目的]观察疏血通注射液治疗显性糖尿病肾病的疗效。[方法]选择显性糖尿病肾病患者62例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,两组均给予饮食控制、降血脂治疗及控制血糖,治疗组则增加疏血通注射液,14 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程,每个疗程间隔2 d。对比观察治疗前后患者尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Cr)、甘油三酯(TG)等指标的变化。[结果]治疗组总疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组及对照组治疗后相比较,治疗组的利尿作用更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组可明显改善血液高凝状态,多项指标治疗前后比较有统计意义,治疗组及对照组治疗后相比较,治疗组降低血浆纤维蛋白原及适当延长凝血酶原时间的作用较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。[结论]疏血通注射液可提高显性糖尿病肾病的疗效、并可明显改善血液高凝状态。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection on dominance diabetic nephropathy（DN）.[Methods] Sixty-two patients of with DN were randomly divided into Shuxuetong injection group（treatment group,32 cases） and conventional therapy group（control group,32 cases）.Urine protein quantity,blood Cr,TG index before and after treatment in two groups were observed.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.01）.The urine volume in the treatment group was greater than that in control group（P0.05）.The patients of treatment group had a significant improvement in blood hypercoagulability,There were statistical significance in multiple parameters before and after treatment.Decreasing fibrinogen and proper prolonging prothrombin time in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Shuxuetong injection can obviously improve the curative effect in dominance DN and hypercoagulation state.
