内关穴位注射香丹注射液预处理对急性心肌缺血大鼠TNF-α、VEGF的影响

The effects of pretreatment with acupoint injection of Xiangdan injection at Neiguan(PC6) on TNF-α, VEGF in rats with acute myocardial ischemia

[目的]探讨内关穴位注射香丹注射液对大鼠急性心肌缺血肿瘤坏死因子ɑ(TNF-ɑ)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。[方法]SD大鼠内关穴注射香丹注射液14 d,然后腹腔皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)造成急性心肌缺血模型,免疫组化法检测心肌TNF-ɑ、VEGF。[结果]1)TNF-α在心肌缺血后表达增多,内关组、曲池组及药物组均可以降低其表达,内关组的这一作用明显优于曲池组及药物组。2)VEGF在心肌缺血后表达有所增高,药物组和曲池组可以明显增高其表达,与内关组比较有统计学意义。[结论]内关穴位注射香丹注射液预处理对急性心肌缺血大鼠的心肌具有保护作用,它可以降低TNF-α含量,增高VEGF的表达。

[Objective] To explore the influence on myocardial ischemia by testing TNF-ɑ and VEGF in the rats pre-injected with XiangDan injection into PC6.[Methods] SD rats were received XiangDan injection into PC6 for 14 days,followed by subcutaneous isoprenaline injection at abdomen to inducing myocardial ischemia.TNF-ɑ and VEGF expression were tested with immunohistochemical assay.[Result] The content of TNF-α was decreased in PC6 group,Drug group and LI11 group.The method of pre-injection of XiangDan injection into PC6 was more effective than Drug group and LI11 group in protecting the myocardium tissue from ischemia and anoxia.The content of VEGF in model group was higher than that of normal group.The content of VEGF was also increased significantly in drug group and LI11 group.Compared with PC6 group statistical significance was obvious.[Conclusions] The method of XiangDan pre-injection into PC6 acupoint can protect the myocardium from ischemia and anoxia.It can decrease the level of TNF-α and increase the contents of VEGF.
