三聚氰胺对绵羊瘤胃发酵性能的影响

摘要 本试验选取4只安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管雄性东北细毛羊,体重35 kg左右。试验采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组在基础日粮中各添加500、7501、000 mg/kg精料的三聚氰胺。试验分4期,每期7 d预试期,2 d采样期,中间过渡期为7 d。在采样期,收集晨饲后0、2、4、6、8 h的瘤胃液,测定瘤胃液的pH、NH3-N、VFA。结果表明,各处理组之间的pH、NH3-N、VFA均无显著差异(P>0.05),说明日粮中添加500、750、1000 mg/kg精料的三聚氰胺对瘤胃发酵性能没有影响。 In this experiment,four healthy northeast sheeps were selected,which had no significant difference in body condition,the experimental design used 4×4 Latin square to evaluate the effect of the rumen performance fermentation which was treated by the melamine.The 4 treatments were fed respectively with basal diet and basal diet supplemented with 500,750 and 1000 mg/kg melamine.The trial lasted for 42 d.The results showed that,with the amount of melamine added to test increasing,there was no significant difference in the value of pH,NH3-N,VFA between the treatment groups(P0.05).
