摘要
目的:鉴定野生东北刺人参茎挥发油成分并观察其抗皮肤癣菌活性。方法:按中国药典1995年版规定的方法提取挥发油,用GCMS和GCIR鉴定化学成分,采用试管内药基法进行抗皮肤癣菌试验。结果:从野生东北刺人参茎中提得31%的挥发油,鉴定了其中32种化合物,有25种为首次从该植物中鉴定。主要成分为α蒎烯(62%),辛醛(87%),6,6二甲基22亚甲基原蒎烷(61%)和5甲基己醛(59%)。野生东北刺人参茎挥发油对红色毛癣菌等7种皮肤癣菌抗菌活性MIC为0063%~0125%,MFC为0125%~025%。抗皮肤癣菌有效成分有里哪醇(24%)和对聚伞花素(18%)等。结论:野生东北刺人参茎挥发油含量较高,含有多种抗皮肤癣菌有效成分,其抑杀皮肤癣菌活性显著,可作为开发抗皮肤癣菌新药的研究依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify the chemical composition of essential oil in the stem of Oplopanax elatus and observe its antifungal activity METHOD: The stem was steamdistilled according to the China Pharmacopoeia to extract the oil The chemical constituents were identified by GCMS and GCIR Antifungal studies were carried out in vitro RESULTS: The stem yielded 31% of the oil 32 compounds were identified, 25 compounds of them were identified first from oplopanax elatus The major components of the oil were pinene (62%); octanal (87%);6,6Dimethyl2methylenenorpinane (61%), and 5Methyl hexanal (59%) MIC of the oil against 7 pathogenic dermatophytes ranged from 0063%-0125% and MFC 0125%-025% The known effective constituents are Linalol and Pcymene from the oil against pathogenic dermatophytes CONCLUSION: The oplopanax elatus contains high coutent of essential oil Most ofthe compositions in the oil are Aldehydes and Cyclic Terpenes The oil showed a significant antifungal activity aganist Trichophyton rubrum, T v
