分光光度法测定食道溃疡合剂中盐酸丁卡因的含量

Determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in the Mixture for Esophageal Ulceration by UVSpectrophotometry

目的：研究食道溃疡合剂中盐酸丁卡因的含量测定方法。方法：以ｐＨ５．８的磷酸盐缓冲液为溶媒用分光光度法进行测定。结果：盐酸丁卡因的浓度在０～１．６ｍｇ／１００ｍｌ之间线性关系良好，相关系数γ＝０．９９９９，回收率为１００．０８％，ＲＳＤ为０．３５％（ｎ＝４）。结论：本法简便、准确，重现性好，用于测定食道溃疡合剂中盐酸丁卡因的含量是可行的，尤其适用于医院制剂的快速分析。

OBJECTIVE: To develop an assay for the determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in the Mixture for Esophageal Ulceration.METHODS: UvSpectrophotometry was selected to determine the content of tetracaine after diluted in sodium phosphate buffer(pH5.8). RESULTS: The linearity for tetracaine hydrochloride was ranged over 00.16mg/100ml with =0.9999,the average recovery 100.08% and RSD 0.35% (n=4). CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple,precise and reproduciable.It can be used for the quantitative determination of tetracaine hydrochloride in the mixture for esophageal Ulceration.It is especially practicable for rapid analysis of pharmaceuticals made in hospitals.
