目的许多研究发现妊娠对眼具有影响。该研究旨在观察正常妊娠期间前房接种可溶性蛋白抗原能否诱导免疫反应的主动下调。方法标准交配15天后通过胚胎种植部位确立新西兰兔的中期妊娠。将牛血清白蛋白(BSA)分别接种于雄性、非妊娠雌性和中期妊娠雌性兔眼前房。接受附加佐剂的BSA免疫方案后,评价诱导前房相关免疫偏离(ACAID)的能力。结果在雄性和非妊娠雌性兔眼前房接种BSA诱导了BSA特异性的迟发型超敏反应(DTH)抑制。相反,在中期妊娠兔眼前房接种BSA则消除了对BSA特异性DTH的抑制。结论在正常妊娠期间前房相关免疫偏离发生了消失;与妊娠相关的内分泌机制对于眼免疫反应的正常调节可能具有重要作用。
ObjectiveStudies have documented the influence of pregnancy on the eye.The aim of the present study is to investigate whether an active downregulation of an immune response is achieved by soluble protein antigen inoculated in the anterior chamber (AC) during normal pregnancy.MethodsMidpregnant New Zealand rabbits were determined by implantation sites on 15 d of gestation after mating manipulation.Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was inoculated in the AC of the eyes of male,nonpregnant female and midpregnant female rabbits respectively.After receiving an immunogenic regimen of BSA in adjuvant,the ability to induce anterior chamberassociated immune deviation (ACAID) was evaluated.ResultsInoculation of BSA to the AC of male and nonpregnant female rabbits induced BSAspecific suppression of delayedtype hypersensitivity (DTH).By contrast,inoculation of BSA to the AC of pregnant female rabbits abolished the DTHsuppression effect.ConclusionThe results suggest that the immune deviation of the eye can be abolished during normal pregnancy and endocrine mechanisms involved in pregnancy may be important for normal regulation of ocular immune responses.
