摘要
为满足非致命武器中高压脉冲的生物失能效应研究,研制了一种脉冲宽度为5~500μs,重复频率为1~200 Hz,最大幅度为5 kV,最大脉冲电流为500 mA的信号源。输出脉冲采用两个IGBT串联开关调制形成,其驱动、均压、缓冲电路和IGBT组成一体,直流高压供电采用并联谐振充电技术,整机基于嵌入式实时操作系统进行操控管理。着重介绍了装置的原理、设计和调试经验。
To meet the high-voltage pulse electric shock effects on the human body studies,a power supply is fabri-cated for researching bioelectrical effect,with pulse duration between 5~500 μs,repetition frequency 1~200 Hz,maxi-mate output voltage is 5 kV and current is 500 mA.The device consists of driver,buffer,over-voltage protection cir-cuit,whose output pulse is modulated by 2 IGBTs in series.It is obtained that the supply's performance is outstand-ing stability and precision by soft based on RTOS and DC high-voltage power supply based on the parallel resonant charging technology.
