摘要
目的研究正常人泪腺组织细胞HLADR抗原表达及郎格罕细胞(Langerhan’scel,LC)、T淋巴细胞亚群的特征。方法采用链菌素过氧化物酶法检测10例正常人泪腺组织。结果腺叶、腺管周围有淋巴细胞聚集灶,其中CD+4占多数。间质中淋巴细胞以CD+8为主。同时见少数腺上皮细胞表达HLADR抗原,相应部位T淋巴细胞浸润严重。间质散在极少量LC。结论免疫反应中泪腺聚集灶中的淋巴细胞更重要。正常泪腺组织对上皮细胞HLADR抗原表达有限制性。上皮细胞HLADR抗原表达程度与T淋巴细胞浸润密切相关。
ObjectiveTostudythe expressionofclass histocopatibilityantigensandthefeaturesofLangerhanscell(LC),Tlymphocytesubsetsinnormalhumanlacrimalgland.MethodsLacrimalglands(10specimens)wereexaminedusingimmunoperoxidasestaining.ResultsLymphocyteswereidentifiedattheperipheryofthelobulesandaroundducts,themajorityofwhichwereThelp(CD+4)cells.CD+4,CD+8ratiowas1.9.However,Tsuppressor(CD+8)weredominantintheinterstitialtissue,CD+4/CD+8ratiowas0.52,HLA-DRantigenswerefoundinafewlymphocytesandlacrimaltissuecells.DispersedLCswererarelynoted.ConclusionsThelymphocytesinthelymphoidaggregatesaremorethanthatintheinterstitialtissueforimmuneresponse.Classantigenexpessionisprobablyinhibitedbythenormallacrimalglanditself.ThedegreeofepithelialcellHLA-DRantigenexpressioniscloselycorrlatedwiththeextentofTlymphocyticinfiltration.
