摘要
目的介绍用Ｈｏｌａｄａｙ角膜地形图诊断软件（ＨＤＳ）在角膜屈光性手术中对亚临床期圆锥角膜筛选的作用。方法对１９９６年３月至１９９７年１０月来我院准分子激光治疗中心欲进行准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ）及准分子激光原位角膜磨削术（ＬＡＳＩＫ）的１２００例术前病人２４００只眼行角膜地形图检查，用ＨＤＳ软件进行判别，以筛选亚临床期圆锥角膜。结果共筛选出２人２眼亚临床期圆锥角膜（占０．０７８％）。结论ＨＤＳ软件筛选亚临床期圆锥角膜具有简便、快速、准确的优点，为临床上一种有效的检查方法。
