我国中小企业跨国经营的风险防范——以哈杉鞋业为例

跨国经营风险已经严重威胁到我国中小跨国经营企业的生存和发展。如何防范风险已经成为我国跨国经营的中小企业迫切需要解决的课题。通过对中小跨国经营企业成功案例的剖析,发现中小企业跨国经营要降低风险,必须不断提升自己,协调好与东道国政府、社区及其当地民众的关系,提升企业在产业价值链中的地位,谋求行业制胜点。

The risk of transnational operation endangers the existence and development of transnational medium-small enterprises of China.How to prevent the risk of transnational operation is an urgent project for those enterprises.By the analysis on successful cases of transnational medium-small enterprises,the paper finds out that to decrease the risk of operations,the transnational medium-small enterprises must keep lifting up themselves,coordinate relationship with the governments of host countries,communities and local residents,and promote the positions of value chains of industries and seek dominant position in their industries.
