心理资本理论研究展望

从研究人力资本和社会资本出发,以积极心理学和积极组织行为学为理论基础,Luthans等在2002年提出了心理资本的概念,心理资本强调对人的心理优势的开发和管理。本文在文献研究的基础上,分析了心理资本的理论基础,并从心理资本的要素选择标准与构成、测量与开发和投资回报的研究等方面对心理资本理论进行了梳理,对心理资本的发展趋势予以展望,以期有助于心理资本理论的发展和完善。

Starting with the human capital and social capital and taking positive psychology and positive organizational behavior discipline as theoretical foundation,Luthans and others raised the conception of psychological capital in 2002,which emphasizes the development and management of the human＇s mental superiority.Based on the reviews of the literature,this paper analyzes the basis of the psychological capital theory,and then cards the psychological capital theory in the aspects of element selection criteria,composition,and measurement as well as the research on development and investment return.The paper outlooks the trend of psychological capital development in the hope of contributing to development and improvement of the psychological capital theory.
