CAFTA建成后广西与越南经贸关系对策研究

中国——东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)已于2010年1月1日全面建成。按照相关协定,我国针对老东盟六国与新东盟四国在关税政策上采取不同的措施:老东盟六国在自贸区建成后,双方90%以上的商品将实现零关税,而对四个东盟新成员则要经过五年的过渡期。这一政策的实施将会对越南同广西的经贸关系产生巨大影响。本文在分析CAFTA的成立对广西与越南长期经贸关系带来的重大意义和挑战的基础上,重点分析自贸区建成后对广西与越南双边经贸关系产生的影响,并提出了广西与越南面对这一机遇与挑战的应对方略。

CAFTA was fully completed on January 1st,2010.According to the relevant agreements,China will differentiate the measures related to tariffs policies between six old countries and four new countries of Association of Southeast Asian Nations.After the establishment of CAFTA,for six old countries,over ninety percent products will be charged with zero tariffs.However,four new countries have an interim period of five years.The implementation of this policy will have an important impact on the trade and economic relations between Vietnam and Guangxi.Based on the significance and challenges of long term economic and trade relationship between Guangxi and Vietnam brought about by the establishment of CAFTA,this paper stresses the analysis on the impacts on the bilateral economy and trade of Guangxi and Vietnam after the building of the free trade region and put forward the corresponding measures for Guangxi and Vietnam when they are confronted with the opportunities and challenges.
