Progressive Culture or Stagnant Culture——On Rebuilding the Teenagers' Humanistic Values from the Perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development

在科学技术发展日新月异的今天,人文精神日渐衰落。哈佛学者亨廷顿和劳伦斯.哈里森提出了两种文化——进步文化和停滞文化的概念,并指出了它们的十条价值标准,意在阐释文化的重要作用——价值观如何影响人类进步。停滞文化对青少年价值观的影响不容忽视,在科学发展观视野下重建青少年人文价值观值得我们思考。

With today＇s rapid development of science and technology,humanistic spirit has gradually declined.Both Huntington and Lawrence.Harris,professors of Harvard,have proposed two kinds of culture,i.e.progressive culture and stagnant culture.They have pointed out ten value standards of them.That aims to explain the important role of culture,which influences the progress of human beings.The influence of stagnant culture over the teenagers＇ humanistic values cannot be ignored,thus rebuilding the teenagers＇ humanistic values from the perspective of Scientific Outlook on Development deserves our consideration.
