公平分配中劳动者利益保护法律机制

随着改革开放和市场经济的确立,我国国民经济得到了快速发展,经济总量大幅提升,社会发展的成果和财富逐渐累积。由于种种原因,我国社会劳动者之间出现了社会发展财富分配上的不公平现象,这严重影响了公平价值在经济社会中的体现,促生了许多社会矛盾,妨碍了和谐社会目标的实现。分析劳动者利益分配不公的现状和原因,建立起有效的法律机制,保障社会各类劳动者对发展成果的公平分享,成为实现社会公平的当务之急。

With the reform and open to overseas and the establishment of the market economy, The national economy of our country has rapidly developed,gross economic outputs have greatly increased,and the outcomes of social development and wealth has gradually accumulated.However,for various reasons,there is unfair phenomenon of wealth distribution of social development among the labors in our country,which seriously affects the reflection of fair values in economic life,resulting in a lot of social contradictions and hindering the realization of the goals of harmonious society.This paper analyzes the status and the reasons of unfair interest distribution among the labors and believes that it is urgent to establish effective law mechanisms and ensure the just sharing of development results among all kinds of labors.
