摘要
高校教师思想政治状况的好差与高校教师思想政治工作实效的强弱密切相关。本文针对高校教师思想政治状况不够理想的情形,分别从学校因素和社会因素两个层面,就教师的价值取向、管理机制、工作队伍、工作内容、工作方式、心态、认知、认同和工作环境等方面,剖析了制约高校教师思想政治工作实效的主要原因。进而认为,采取弘扬主旋律教育,凝聚教师共识;针对教师特点,拓展教育渠道;强化制度管理,规范学术行为;健全工作机构,确保工作到位;建立长效机制,提升工作效能;构建评估体系,考核工作实效等举措,有利于增强高校教师思想政治工作的实效。
Whether the university teachers' ideological and political work is good or bad is closely related to the effectiveness of university teachers' ideological and political work.The current situation of the university teachers' ideological and political work in China is not as ideal as it might be.The main reasons of restricting effectiveness of university teachers' ideological and political work lie in administrative mechanism,teaching staff,working content,working mode,working environment,and so on.It is a need to improve working institutions and establish full-time teaching staff,enrich educational content and mode,strengthen system management and standardize academic-related behaviors,construct evaluation system and examine work effectiveness,so as to enhance the effectiveness university teachers' ideological and political work.
