摘要 光动力学治疗(PDT)是近年来发展起来的一种治疗肿瘤的新方法。由于眼屈光间质的透光性和光敏剂对新生组织的高选择性,使眼内肿瘤及新生血管的治疗具有了可能性。在破坏性新生组织的同时,避免了对其周围组织的损伤。介绍了光动力学治疗的历史、作用机制、眼用光敏剂的特点及其在眼内肿瘤和新生血管治疗中的研究现状。 Photodynamictherapy(PDT)isanewdevelopedapproachforthetreatmentoftumors.Becauseofthetransparencyofocularmediaandthehighselectivenessforneoplastictissueofnewgenerationphotosensitizers,PDTprovidesapossibilityforthetreatmentofintraoculartumorsandneovascularization.Whiledestroyingneoplastictissues,adjacentnormaltissueswerespared.Inthispaper,the history and mechanism of PDT,the characteristics of photosensitizer,and its useforintraoculartumorsandneovascularizationwerereviewed.
