2010年,新疆经济平稳较快增长,总体运行良好,基本实现了预期目标。2011年,国际国内环境总体有利于新疆加快发展,宏观政策也支撑新疆加快发展,但仍存在着诸多不利影响,工业持续增长动力不足、通胀压力增大、外贸环境难有明显改善和资源环境约束增强等问题和矛盾不容忽视。预计全年经济运行总体呈快速发展态势,GDP增长有望达到11.5%左右。2011年,要在继续保持经济健康快速发展的同时,扎实抓好民生建设与发展,加快推进发展方式转变和结构调整。

By 2010,our economy has maintained fast and steady growth,overall well-running,and achieved anticipated target.In 2011,domestic and international environment conducive to accelerate development,our overall macro policies attribute the district to speed up development,but there are still exist many adverse effects,underpowered industrial growth,inflation pressures increasing,foreign trade environment has obvious difficulty to improve and resources and environmental constraints reinforcements,etc.The problems and contradictions can not be ignored.It is predicted that annual economic operation will appear on rapid development,the GDP growth is expected to reach 11.5% around.In 2011,our economy will maintain the rapid development and well-developed,at the same time,we will pay special attention to the people＇s livelihood construction,accelerate to change the development mode and structure.
