Opportunity,Difficulty and Emphasis of Developing Circular Economy in Xinjiang

发展循环经济是转变经济发展方式,增强可持续发展能力的重要切入点。本文在阐述新疆"十二五"时期发展循环经济机遇的基础上,着重分析了新疆发展循环经济的紧迫性和面临的困难,并提出新疆发展循环经济的重点。

Circular economy is an important entrance of changing economic development mode and strengthening sustainable development ability.After expounding the opportunity of developing circular economy during the twelfth five-year in Xinjiang,this paper analyses the necessity and difficulty,and then puts forward the emphasis on developing circular economy in Xinjiang.
