The Development of Electronic Information Industry in Xinjiang

随着知识经济时代的到来和经济全球化的深入发展,新疆传统优势产业正面临着巨大挑战,新疆可以通过对电子信息产业的发展,以信息化推动工业化,巩固和加大新疆传统优势产业的发展,从而推动新疆经济实现跨越式发展。本文通过改进C-D生产函数、构建模型,对电子信息产业投入要素进行分析,研究其对电子信息产业发展的影响,指出新疆电子信息产业的发展困境,并找到突破的方法,实现其跨越式发展。

With the era of knowledge-based economy and economic globalization,traditional industries are facing tremendous challenges in Xinjiang.As a result,it may develop electronic information industry to promote the industrialization and consolidate and expand the traditional industries.Therefore,late-development advantage can be used in electronic information industry development to promote the leap-forward economic development in Xinjiang.The paper,through improved C-D production function,a built model of an electronic information industry,analyzes the elements of the electronic information industry development in Xinjiang,explains difficulties in its development,and finds the breakthrough to realize its leap-forward development.
