摘要
采用NADPH-d组织化学方法观察一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元在猫下丘脑的分布。结果显示:一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元广泛分布于猫下丘脑的室旁核、视交叉上核,背内侧核,穹窿周核,下丘脑前区及下丘脑外侧区等区域。其中两处与大鼠有明显的差异:一是猫视交叉上核内一氧化氮合成酶阳性,而大鼠视交叉上核内则为阴性;二是大鼠视上核内一氧化氮合成酶呈强阳性反应,而猫视上核内一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元仅隐约可见。
NADPHdiaphorase histochemistry was used to study the distribution of Nitric Oxide Synthase (NOS)Positive neurons in the hypothalamus of adult cat. NOSpositive neurons were observed in the paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus,dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus, perifornical nucleus, anterior hypothalamic area and lateral hypothalamic area. Two differences between the cat and rat were noticed. Firstly, NOSpositive neurons were observed in the suprachiasmatic nucleus of cat, but the neurons in that of rat were negative for NOS. Secondly, the neurons in supraoptic nucleus of rat exhibited an intensive reaction to NADPHdiaphorase, but those in that of cat were faintly visible.
