Based on Similar Aggregative Method of Equal Expectations of Research on Evaluation and Application

引入多准则群决策计算专家意见的集成程度，可以有效解决AHP法判断准确度不足的问题。运用基于相等期望值的相似集成法来解决群决策意见一致度计算问题，有效克服Hsu和Lee的计算方法不切合实际的缺陷，为武器系统作战适用性评估提供了更好的理论支撑。

For problems existing in the analytic hierarchy process＇s, aggregation of multi-principle based on group decisional experts＇ opinions can be used. As the methods of Hsu and Lee＇s above are not practical in calculation, the similar aggregative method of equal expectations can be a effective way to solve the difficult in calculating consistent degree of group decisional opinion.
