摘要
成人教育存在的主要问题之一就是普教化,这在成人学生评价中也是显而易见的,评价主体、评价方式等单一化致使在成人学生的评价中出现失真问题。本文主要剖析成人学生评价中失真问题出现的原因,即评价主体的复杂、评价客体价值的多元以及评价环境的影响,从而对解决成人学生评价中的失真问题提出几点建议。
One of the main problems in adult education is its analogy to the regular education,resulting in inflexibility to apply a variety of methods to evaluate adult subjects,thus distortion is inevitable.This article analyzes causes to this issue,which are attributed to complicated background of adult students,the assessed subjects,multiplexes of assessment object value,and influence of the environment etc.And it makes some suggestions to settle the problem.
