摘要
一次主题鲜明且富有教育意义的主题班会,对人文班级的形成起到颇大的辅助作用。主题班会是同学和师生间加深接触、认识、了解的交流课。在大学校园里,具有独立、自主、思考、实践能力的大学生群体,班主任对如何召开主题班会则需要慎重考虑。本文通过两则案例的反思,探讨开展主题班会的有效性,从而使班级管理更显事半功倍。
A well-structured and instructional theme conference greatly helps form a humane atmosphere in a class.Such meetings provide good opportunities for students and teachers to enhance their contact and mutual understanding.In holding a meeting,the class tutor shall take it into consideration that students are characterized by independence,autonomy,thoughtfulness,practicality,and capable of taking the initiative.This paper describes two cases of effective theme class conferences,and concludes approaches to adopting this method to produce desired results in the classroom management.
