广东跨国公司培育条件分析及路径选择

Analysis of Transnational Corporations Nurturing in Guangdong:Conditions and Approaches

从国际跨国公司发展方兴未艾和国内跨国公司培育成就初现两个方面隐射出广东跨国公司培育发展不进则退。从广东企业贸易出口情况、核心技术的国外依存度、技术进步对工业经济增长的贡献率等多个视角对广东跨国公司培育的有利条件进行分析。结合广东大型跨国公司发展调查,从自主知识产权与跨国公司培育、自主知识产权与国际知名品牌、企业自主知识产权与区域科技创新效率互动关系系统分析中探讨了其内在机理,并对广东跨国公司培育的路径选择进行了探索,分析其路径特征。

While international companies are flourishing all over the world,Chinese local transnational corporations are also undergoing rapid development,forcing Guangdong to hasten to nurture its own multinational groups.This paper analyzes favorable conditions in Guangdong from perspectives like exports,dependence on foreign core technology,industrial economic growth proportion generated by technologic advance and so on.Illustrated by results of a survey on the large transnational companies in Guangdong,the paper discusses the internal mechanism regulating interactions between autonomous intellectual property rights and transnational corporation cultivation,autonomous intellectual property rights and international brands,corporate intellectual property rights and efficiency of regional scientific and technologic innovation.The paper also attempts to explore approaches to developing these corporations and depict their characteristics.
