摘要
通过分析高职院校"订单式"人才培养模式的必要性,并对天津中德职业技术学院与江苏经贸职业技术学院这两所高职院校的人才培养模式的现状分析中发现所存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,更好的完善该人才培养模式。
This paper analyses the necessity of carrying out the order-based cultivating mode in higher vocational colleges.In addition,through a comparison of the cultivating modes in Tianjin Sino-Germany Vocational Technical College and Jiangsu Institute of Economic Trade Technology,some problems are found and the corresponding solutions are proposed in order to improve the mode.
