过氧乙酸对复用透析器消毒效果的临床观察

CLlNICAL OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF PERACETIC ACID IN DISINFECTION OF REUSED DIALYZATOR

经检验，从过氧乙酸消毒的复用透析器采样液中未检出细菌。临床观察１００００例次使用患者，未发现交叉感染。使用中血透并发症发生率为００８％，远低于用福尔马林消毒者（１０５％）。在５例肾囊肿病例中未发现癌变（用福尔马林消毒者４例中有２例癌变），复用的透析器对尿素氮及肌酐清除率均达正常标准。

Examination did not detect bacteria in sample fluid taken from reused dialyzator disinfected with peracetic acid. No cross infection was found in clinical observation of 10 000 case-occasions using this dialyzator. The incidence of complications of hemodialysis during use of the dialyzator was 008% which was far lower than that in formalin disinfection (105%). No cancerous change was found in 5 cases of renal cysts (2 cases of cancerous change were found in 4 cases using formalin disinfection). The urea nitrogen and creatinine clearance of the reused dialyzator attained normal standard.
