双J管内引流在上尿路手术中的应用(附268例报告)

An application of double J tube internal drainage to the operation of upper urinary tract (Report of 268 cases)

目的 :探讨双 J管内引流在上尿路手术中的置管方法、时间、适应证及并发症。方法 :对2 68例复杂性肾结石、输尿管结石、输尿管狭窄、肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻者在上尿路手术中应用双 J管作内支架和内引流 ,置管时间 1～ 12个月。结果 :术后无伤口感染、漏尿等并发症。结论 :双 J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用 ,操作简单 ,并发症少等优点 ,宜于推广应用。

Purpose: To study the method, time, indication and complication of indwelling double J internal drainage tube in the operation of upper urinary tract. Methods: The double J tubes were used as internal stent and internal drainage for 1 ~ 12 months in the operation of upper urinary tract in 268 patients with complicated nephrolithiasis, ureteral calculi, ureteroplvic junction obstruction. Results: No complications such as wound infection, leakage of urine et al. occurred after operation. Conclusions: The double J tubes had the dual functions of internal stent and internal drainage. The double J tubes can be indwelled easily and safely.
