摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区、光明新区、龙岗区儿童血铅水平和铁、锌、钙缺乏情况,为避免儿童受铅污染影响提出建议。方法检测并分析988例适龄儿童血中铅、钙、锌、铁水平。结果 988例儿童中检出缺钙273例(27.6%)、缺锌234例(23.7%)、缺铁163例(16.5%);检出轻度铅中毒185例(18.7%),重度铅中毒43例(4.4%)。铅中毒的发生与儿童年龄、微量元素摄入等因素有关。结论维持儿童血钙、铁、锌正常水平,补充适量维生素C和B1,有利于降低血铅对儿童健康,尤其是生长发育等的影响。
Objective To propose suggestion for the prevention of plumbum contamination to children's health,by analysis of level of blood plumbum and the deficiency conditions of ferrum,zincum and calcium. Methods Blood plumbum,ferrum,zineum and calcium levels of 988 selected children were detected and analyzed. Results In the 988 detected children,cases with ferrum,zineum and" calcium deficiency were 163 ( 16.5% ), 234 (23.7 % ) and 273 (27.6 % ), respectively ; cases with mild plumbism(PBI) and severe PBI were 185 (18.7% ) and 43 (4.4 % ), respectively. Conclusion It is helpful for reducing the impact of blood plumbum to children' s health, especially growth and development, by the maintenance of levels of blood ferrum, zincum and calcium, and appropriately ad ditional intake of vitamin C and B1.
