街道工作人员健康体检结果分析

An Analysis of Health Check-ups of Neighborhood Committee Workers

目的了解基层街道工作人员的健康情况,为有针对性地制定保健措施提供依据。方法对274名街道工作人员进行健康体检,并对体检结果进行分析。结果 274名工作人员中检出疾病或异常人数为233人,检出率达85.04%;检出率前4位的是高脂血症、高血压、高血糖和脂肪肝。高脂血症、高血糖、脂肪肝检出率男性高于女性(P<0.05或P<0.01);高血压、高血糖检出率有随年龄增加而增高的趋势。结论基层街道工作人员的健康状况不容乐观,应加强街道工作人员特别是30岁以上的工作人员尤其是男性工作人员的疾病防治工作。

Objective To find out the health conditions of neighborhood committee workers,and to provide basis for effective measures towards health care.Method 274 neighborhood committee workers received health check-ups and the results were analyzed.Results Diseases or abnormal health conditions were detected in 233 out of 274 workers being examined.The detection rate is 85.04%;the top 4 diseases detected were hyperlipidemia,hypertension,high blood sugar and fatty liver.Detection rate of male was higher than that of female in hyperlipidemia,high blood sugar and fatty liver;detection rate of hypertension and high blood sugar rose with the age.Conclusion Health conditions of neighborhood committee workers are not optimistic.We should emphasize the prevention and treatment of diseases of these workers esp.those more than 30 years old and male workers.
