高校教职工心电图异常检出结果分析

An Analysis of Electrocardiogram Results in Physical Examination of University Staff

目的了解高校教职工异常心电图情况,为教职工健康促进提供依据。方法对1 252名教职工的心电图检查结果进行分析。结果检出异常心电图19种,检出率33.31%,其中排在前3位的异常心电图为ST-T改变、传导阻滞和心律失常,检出率依次为8.71%,5.67%,4.63%。异常心电图检出率男性为37.96%,高于女性的27.83%(P<0.01)。ST-T改变、传导阻滞、心律失常及异常心电图总体检出率而随年龄增加有增高趋势。结论高校教职工心电图异常检出率较高,并随年龄增加而增高,男性检出率高于女性,应有针对性地早期预防、诊断和治疗。

Objective To understand the abnormal electrocardiogram results of physical examination which was undertaken by the health center wpon the staff,and to provide a basis for prevention and health care and clinical treatment.Method To analyze the electrocardiogram results of the 1 252 staff members.Results The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram pattern is 33.31%,with 19 types,of which the top 3 are abnormal ST-T,conduction block and arrhythmia,with the detection rate at 8.71%,5.67% and 4.63% respectively.The detection rate of male is 37.96%,higher than that of female of 27.83%（P0.01）.The incidence increased with the growth of age.Conclusion The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram for university staff is high,and the incidence increases with the growth of age.The detection rate of male is higher than female.Actions should be taken for early prevention,diagnose and treatment.
