一种基于平面四连杆机构的摩擦铰链轨迹计算方法研究

摘要 窗体轨迹求解问题是摩擦铰链设计的一个重要环节,迄今仍缺少一种有效的解决方法。笔者使用机构学理论,首次将摩擦铰链转化为一种特殊的平面四连杆机构,导出了满足该机构运动的工作条件,进而得到了设计所需要的窗体开角、干涉点(三角头)等轨迹的计算方法。最后,利用相关企业提供的两组实际数据进行了数字仿真。结果表明:理论计算与实际数据吻合良好。 Solution of path windows is a key step for friction hinge design,but there is still no effective method for this problem.In this paper,the mechanism is first transformed to a special planar four bar linkage,then the solution paths for open angles and interference points(triangle heads) can be obtained by the working conditions so that the mechanism movement is satisfied.Finally,by using the two sets of data provided,simulation results show that the theoretical calculations are in good agreement with the actual data,which proves that this method is feasible and correct.
