摘要
以直接积分方法研究了同步进动状态下浮环轴承系统中轴承的内、外层油膜力特性。基于浮环轴承油膜压力场控制方程,推导了轴承内、外层油膜力的解析表达式,进而分析了平衡状态下轴颈几何中心的动态轨迹以及油膜力的变化规律。计算结果显示,轴颈与浮环同步进动时,轴颈、浮环与定子中心位置相对稳定,轴颈的直径、间隙和转速等因素对浮环轴承系统的油膜特性和稳定性有直接的影响。
We studied the characteristics of the squeeze oil film in a floating ring bearing under the synchronous state by the direct integral method.Based on the transient governing equations for the inner and outer squeeze film,the analytic solutions of the oil film was deduced and the mass center curve of the floating ring was analyzed.The result of an example shows that the center of its floating-ring and the stator center position are stable under the synchronous precession,and the radius of the axis,the clearance of the oil film and the rotating speed have direct influence on the characteristics of the floating ring bearing.
