摘要
＂无陪人整体护理＂模式在不明显增加甚至降低患者陪护成本的前提下,既保证了患者的医疗质量安全,又增加了医院的经济效益,从而取得共赢。＂无陪人整体护理＂是我们济宁医学院附属医院（下称＂济医附院＂）骨关节病区在2008年前后开始实施的一套独特完整的护理模式。
Un-accompany nursing is an unique and complete nursing model which joint bone area in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College began to implement in 2008.It could increase the time of nursing by 48 minutes,the actual day care cost of a country patient by 4.56 RMB,and reduce the day care cost of an urban patient by 16.45 RMB.Except for the reduction of medication cost,it could also improve the healthcare outcome significantly.
