摘要
为解决现有重金属中毒治疗中存在的问题,用铅与牛血清蛋白生成的络合物作为中毒模拟血液,对其进行透析,判断铅与牛血清蛋白的络合性能。根据蛋白质分子中多肽链拥有游离氨基和游离羧基以及氨基酸的两性电解质特性,提出采用基于电化学原理的血清蛋白-铅络合物的解离问题,并就解离能的提供方式及其机理进行研究。建立了"外加直流电场-铅络合物解离-铅离子还原析出"三位一体的工艺技术依据和基础参数。
In order to solve the problems concerning with the treatment of heavy metal poisoning,the complex generating by lead and bovine serum protein was used as simulation of poisoning blood.The simulation of poisoning blood was dialysed to determine the complexation properties of lead and bovine serum protein.Because polypeptide chains in the protein molecules had free amino and free carboxyl,and amino acids had gender electrolyte characteristics,the dissociation of the complex generating by lead and bovine serum protein was discussed based on electrochemical principle.The energy delivery and mechanism of the dissociation were also studied.The trinity of process technology and basic parameters are established based on external electric field-Lead complex dissociation-precipitation of lead ions.
