摘要 针对变电站设备集中监控和管理过程中智能电子设备(intelligent electric device,IED)因采用不同的通信协议而影响互联、互操作的问题,开发了基于IEC 61850通信标准协议的变电站交、直流在线监测系统,为此,介绍了系统的开发背景、系统总体框架、功能设计、关键技术。该系统已在广东电网公司中山供电局实施应用,实现了在IEC 61850通信规约下进行的快速数据通信,运行稳定、可靠,满足了在变电站内实现统一标准通信规约的要求。 Aiming that the intelligent electric devices(IED) affect interconnection and interoperability because of different communication protocals adopted in centralized monitoring and management,AC/DC online monitoring system in substation based on IEC 61850 standard communication protocal is developed.In this connection,development background,main framework,function design and key technologies of the system are introduced.The system has been applied in Zhongshan power supply bureau of Guangdong power grid corporation and stable,reliable and fast data communication is achieved under unified communication protocal IEC 61850,requirement of unified standard communication protocal in substation is met.
