基于暂态电流的小电流接地系统故障选线

摘要 针对基于工频电压和电流信号的传统继电器灵敏度不高的问题,提出一种新的基于暂态电流差分算法的接地故障检测方法,适用于中性点不接地或非直接接地配电系统。该方法计算每一路馈线的暂态残余电流,然后利用其差分因子实现接地故障的检测。利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真,并模拟3种不同故障条件下的过程,验证了该方法的可行性。 Aiming at insensitivity of conventional sensors based on power frequency voltage and electric current signal,the earth-fault detection method based on transient current differential algorithm is brought up.This method is true of neutral ungrounded or non-direct ground distribution system,it calculates transient residual current of each feeder line,with differential factor of which ground falut detection is implemented.The feasibility of the meathod is verified by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation and imitating the process in three different fault conditions.
