社区健康教育在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用

Role of Community Health Education in Diabetes Care of Children

目的:提高糖尿病患儿及家属对糖尿病知识的认识,有效控制血糖。方法:采用个体指导、集体授课、发放健康教育处方等方法,对辖区内13例糖尿病患儿及其家属进行糖尿病知识、血糖及尿糖监测、胰岛素应用、饮食控制、运动疗法等方面的健康教育指导。结果:健康教育前后糖尿病患儿在正确应用胰岛素、饮食控制、合理运动、血糖尿糖监测方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行儿童糖尿病健康教育,使患儿及其家长具备糖尿病治疗护理知识,能有效控制血糖,消除糖尿病症状,预防和延缓各种急慢性并发症的发生,维持患儿正常生理、心理健康和成长。

Objective：To improve the knowledge of diabetes in the children and their families, and control the blood sugar effectively. Methods： With individual guidance, group instruction, health education, prescription and other methods, 13 cases were educated with diabetes knowledge, blood sugar and urine sugar monitoring, insulin application, diet control, exercise therapy and other aspects of health education instruction. Results： The difference before and after hearth education was statistically significant （p 〈0. 05）. Conclusion. Diabetes health education for children, so children and parents with diabetes care knowledge can effectively control blood sugar and eliminate the symptoms of diabetes, prevention and delay of various acute and chronic complications, maintenance of children with normal physical and mental health development and growth.
