晋城市民营企业员工培训的现状分析——晋城职业技术学院“校企合作”的案例分析

Analysis of the Present Situation of Private Enterprises' Staff Training in Jincheng City——Case Analysis of the College-Enterprise Cooperation of Jincheng Institute of Technology

对当地民营企业的员工进行培训,是晋城职业技术学院"校企合作"的主要内容。为了能够满足企业的培训需求,为企业员工提供可行、合理的培训,课题组成员对晋城市20家民营企业进行了调查分析,发现了企业现有培训中存在的问题和不足,挖掘了员工的培训需求,为合理设计员工培训计划,实施有效培训提供了建议和意见。

Training the staff of the local private enterprises is the main content of the college-enterprise cooperation of Jincheng Institute of Technology.In order to meet the training demands of the enterprises and to provide practical and reasonable training for the enterprises＇ staff,the members of the research group have investigated and analyzed 20 private enterprises in Jincheng.They have found out the existing problems and shortcomings about their present training,excavated the staff＇s training demands and provided some suggestions for the enterprises to design reasonable staff training plans and implement effective training.
