摘要 目的研究大鼠脑损伤股骨骨折骨痂中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)的表达规律。方法成年健康雄性Wistar大鼠90只,随机分为脑外伤合并骨折组、单纯骨折组和假手术组各30只。HE染色观察骨痂的结构变化,免疫组化染色检测骨痂中CGRP和PDGF表达。结果脑外伤合并骨折组骨折愈合速度较单纯骨折组快,骨痂中CGRP阳性表达出现早,7d达高峰,维持时间长,21d才开始下降;PDGF于14d达高峰,维持21d下降。结论颅脑损伤后,骨折骨痂中CGRP和PDGF表达出现时间早,表达强度高,维持时间长,可加快骨折愈合过程。 Objective To study the expressions ofcalcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) in callus tissue of femoral fractures after brain injuries in rats. Methods The total of 90 adult healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into brain injury with femoral fracture group, single femoral fracture group and sham operation group consisting of 30 rats respectively. The structure of callus tissue was observed by HE stain. The expressions of CGRP and PDGF in callus were determined by immunohistochemistry assay. Results In the brain injury with the femoral fracture group, the fracture healed more rapidly than that in the single fracture group. The expression of CGRP increased early and peaked at 7 d and keep high level till 21 d, while PDGF expressed strongly at 14 d and continued to 21 d at high level. Conclusion After brain injury, the CGRP and PDGF express early, highly and longly, which suggests that thosefactors may promote the fracture healing.
