is paper analyzes the concept, background, effective factors and main indication on the trend to globalisation and increasing similarity of today’s environmental law. The connection between international environmental law and national environmental law is becoming significantly closer. International environmental law is having an increasing direct influence on the shape of national environmental law. All rules and systems in international environmental law, which are effective to national environmental law, can be incorporated into national environmental law. Environmental laws of all countries are tending towards the similarity and harmonization.
