摘要
The SO2 trading emission in USA,which was initiated to address air pollution caused by emission of sulfur dioxide,has proven environmentally and economically beneficial to the public as well as the industry.An introduction of the development,operation and assessment of this mechanism or program may provide some useful experience for China and other developing countries to draw upon in their efforts to improve worsening air quality.
