67例呼吸科胸腔闭式引流患者的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing of 67 Patients with Closed Thoracic Drainage in Respiratory Department

目的探讨胸腔闭式引流患者的临床护理方法。方法对67例患者采用引流管放置前、放置中、拔管的全程护理,包括心理护理、病情体征观察、疼痛护理、引流系统密封等。结果 67例患者均康复出院。结论对胸腔闭式引流患者的临床护理应注重心理护理、严格无菌操作、鼓励患者做深呼吸和有效咳嗽、注重饮食营养、采用斜卧位、防止便秘等。

Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients with closed thoracic drainage. Method 67 patients were for holistic nursing. Result 67 patients were discharged from hospital with recovery. Conclusion Clinical nursing for patients with closed thoracic drainage focuses on mental care, strict aseptic operation, encouraging patients for deep breath, effective cough and constipation prevention.
