The Nursing Cooperation of Esophageal Varices Ligation Treatment under Painless Gastroscope

目的探讨无痛胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的护理配合及操作技巧。方法总结24例食管静脉曲张患者术中配合及围术期护理措施。结果患者套扎均在安全、无痛苦的状态下完成,1例苏醒延迟,无麻醉意外及并发症。结论无痛胃镜下套扎是一种安全有效、易被患者接受、无痛苦的治疗方法,良好和全面的护理是提高食管静脉套扎术成功的关键。

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation and operating techniques of esophageal varices ligation under painless gas- troscope. Methods To summarize the intraoperatie cooperate and perioperative care measures in 24 patients with esophageal varices. Resubs The ligation of patients was completed in a safe, pain-flee state, one case with awakening delay, there were no anesthesia accidents and complications. Conclusion The ligation under painless gastroscope is safe, effective, easy to be accepted by patients and non-painful, good and comprehensive nursing is the key to improve the success of esophageal varices ligation.
