弹力绷带配合四黄散外敷治疗距腓韧带损伤的护理观察

The Nursing Observation of Talofibular Ligament Injury Treated by Elastic Bandage and Sihuang Powder

目的观察四黄散外敷配合弹力绷带外翻位加压包扎踝关节的临床护理效果。方法 136例患者中,全部为距腓前韧带Ⅱ度损伤,观察组102例,对照组34例,观察组通过四黄散外敷配合弹力绷带外翻位加压包扎踝关节治疗护理,对照组四黄散外敷方法同上,按传统方法用足外翻15°位以"U"型石膏固定踝关节2～3周,比较两者间的护理效果。结果观察组治愈90例,好转9例,无效3例;对照组治愈30例,好转2例,无效2例。总有效率分别为:观察组97%(99/102)、对照组88%(30/34)。结论弹力绷带较石膏固定有明显的优势及治疗护理效果。

Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of ankle valgus position bandaged with elastic bandage and external application of sihuang powder. Methods In 136 patients, all were grade U talofibular ligament injury, 102 cases were in the observation group, 34 cases were in the control group, the observation group was given ankle valgus treatment and care by the external application of sihuang powder and the compression bandaging of elastic bandage, the control group was only given the external application of sihuang powder as above, according to traditional methods the＂ U＂ type cast in 15~ valgus foot position was used in ankle immobilization for 2 - 3 weeks, the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results In observation group 90 cases were cured, 9 cases were improved, 3 cases were ineffective; in the control group 30 cases were cured, 2 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rates were as follows： the observation group was 97% （99/102）, the control group was 88% （30/34）. Conclusion Elastic bandage over cast immobilization has obvious advantages and effects of treatment and care.
