临床护理路径在起搏器植入术病人中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Pacemaker Implantation

目的评价临床护理路径在起搏器植入术病人中的应用效果。方法制定临床护理路径表,将60例起搏器手术病人随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组的护理采用临床护理路径护理,对照组采用常规方法护理。结果观察组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用、并发症发生率明显低于对照组。对护理质量的满意度比对照组明显增高,两组研究结果有显著性(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在起搏器植入术病人中的应用,能明显缩短住院日、降低住院费用、提高护理质量及患者的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical musing pathway in patients with pacemaker implantation. Methods The table of clinical nursing pathway was established. 60 patients with pacemaker implantation were randomly divided into the observation group （n=30） and the control group （n=30）. The observation group was given the nursing of clinical nursing pathway, the control group was given the conventional nursing. Results The average length of stay, hospital costs, complications in observation group were significantly lower than control group. The satisfaction on the quality of nursing was significantly higher than control group. The results of the two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with pacemaker implantation can obviously shorten the length of hospital stay, decrease the hospital costs, improve the quality of nursing and the patients＇ satisfaction.
