肠外瘘患者的护理体会

The Nursing Experience for Patients with Fistula

目的总结肠瘘患者临床治疗的护理经验。方法为7例肠瘘患者充分引流,控制感染,联合应用肠内、肠外营养支持,选择性应用生长抑素,并给予有效的引流及皮肤护理。结果所有患者均行手术治疗,6例治愈,1例死亡。结论经过精心的治疗与护理,提高了患者生活质量,缩短了住院时间,取得了满意的效果。

Objective To sum up the nursing experience for patients with fistula. Methods Adequate drainage of the fistula with antibiotic therapy, combined with enteral and parenteral nutrition, more nursing of fistula, was performed for 7 cases with fistula. Selective use of somatostatin was also considered. Results All the patients underwent surgical treatment, 6 patients were cured and one patient died. Con- clusion Meticulous therapy and nursing can improve the quality of life, shorten length of stay for patients with fistulae.
