长三角一体化进程中的区域公共品供给

District public product supply in Yangtse River Delta integration process

区域公共品的充分供给是实现区域一体化的必要条件之一。本文以长三角地区为研究对象,总结了该地区在区域公共品供给方面的进展,分析了其中存在的一些问题及其原因,并指出区域公共品多级供给机制、合理的利益分配和成本分担机制的建立,行政管辖权和公共治理权的适当分离,以及第三部门的存在,对于长三角区域经济的可持续发展和一体化进程的实现具有重要的作用。

The sufficient supply of regional public g oods is one of the necessary conditions of regional integration.Through the study on the Yangtze River Delta,this article summarized the progress on the supply of regional public goods,analyzed the problems and the reasons,and proposed that in order to promote the integration of Yangtze River Delta it is important to establish a multilevel supply system and rational distribution of gain and cost,to separate administrative jurisdiction and the right of public governance and to develop the third department.
