浅析“异地养老”在我国发展缓慢原因及其对策研究

On supporting the aged in different palces developing slow in China's reason and countermeasure research

随着流动人口规模的不断壮大与人口老龄化现象的不断加剧,养老模式呈现多元化发展趋势。在继传统的家庭养老、社区养老、社会养老之后,迎来了另一种新型的养老模式——异地养老。尽管异地养老发展前景十分可观,但其发展步伐却迟缓不前。本文在对"异地养老"当前踟蹰不前原因分析的基础上,对政府、个人、家庭分别提出对策与建议,以加速异地养老服务的实施与推广。

With the growing size of population immi-gration and speeding up of the aging population,the mode of supporting the old is becoming more and more diversified.Followed by the traditional mode of supporting the old,such as familial support,community support,social support,supporting the aged in different areas as a new pattern is emerging all over the country.Despite the fact that such mode of supporting the aged is absolutely showing a promising future,the reality in China is that it is developed with a very slow pace.In this paper,the author analyses the reasons why ＂supporting the aged in different areas＂ is not becoming a fashion.The author also points out that the Government,individuals,families are to take on the responsibility of accelerating the implementation of this new pattern.
